Health & Safety
If your child requires medication please give this to a staff member so it can be stored safely. You will be required to fill out a form for this to be administered by a teacher. At the end of the day you will need to sign to acknowledge what has been carried out. Please don’t leave any medication in your child’s bag.
A register containing details of each child’s immunisation record is required for Crown Health notification. The register may be used to identify children who are not immunised during an outbreak. Information is confidential. You are asked to provide updates at 15 months and 4 years after your child has had these immunisations completed.
• If your child will not attend because they are sick please text a message to Nicky Gardner 0210485415.

• Children are not to attend the centre until 48 hours after having vomiting or diarrhoea
• Your child can’t attend if they have conjunctivitis, head lice or any infectious diseases. Please see the notice on the entrance window for infectious diseases information.
